We manufacture high-quality, injection-moulded parts in small to large batches. We process technical high-performance plastics into customised products for the automotive, on-highway, offroad and medical technology fields.
We cover a clamping force range from 15 t to 650 t and feature state-of-the-art technology thanks to our premium machinery, consisting of more than 64 injection-moulding machines from companies such as Engel, Arburg and Battenfeld, among others. Taking into account your individual requirements and the different material and processing characteristics, we use standardised tool concepts for designing the injection moulding tools. As a result, we can offer long-lastinginjection moulding tools with a guaranteed number of shot counts.
Injection moulding – we believe in quality
Our years of processing know-how in injection moulding is the foundation for high quality and efficient handling of parts. However, choosing the right materialsand the right combination of materials also plays a crucial role. We offer a large selection of warehoused materials or modifications such as many different glass fibre-reinforced polyamides. However, we can also quickly implement other specified types and compounds in our extensive network of granulaten suppliers.
Multi-component injection moulding
Besides single-component injection moulding, our strength lies in multi-component injection moulding. In this process, we combine plastic typeswith different properties in a single manufacturing process to create a multi-functional moulded part. Typical applications include hard-soft, functional-decorative, non-reinforced-reinforced, multi-coloured, or low-friction bonds.
