Using our highly qualified network partners, we assist with component development as well as the production of prototypes, the creation of pre-series tools and with supplying the sample phases. As an all-in-one service provider, GOTEC Plastics is able to manage, manufacture and deliver assembly modules. Our process know-how goes far beyond the various injection moulding processes and the processing of different plastics and compounds. With regard to assembly, we are able to use many different welding processes: From ultrasonic welding, friction welding and even hot-gas welding. We create detachable connections via controlled clip locking, grouting or screwing. We are experienced in using quantities of fat or grouting via ultra-precise dosing. Among other things, camera inspections, leak tests, and final inspection stations are used for verification. Our supplier management professionally secures the procurement of externally obtained parts according to the required regulations and requirements.
Certified according to IATF16949, GOTEC Plastics ensures the stipulated quality in accordance with the project-specific specifications, relevant standards, and legal stipulations. We create reliable, reproducible series production quality with process reliability. This is why we begin with a risk and producibility analysis as early as during the product inquiry process and use a potential analysis to scrutinise the basic manufacturing strategy as well as the materials selected. Our quality planning supervises the process development procedure in defined steps up to series maturity and ensures that the product ultimately meets all of the stipulated requirements.
In series production, we use verifications based on an inspection plan to ensure that consistent product quality is achieved, whether through 100% inspections or supplementary random inspections. Regular audits validate that the selected inspections are administered and that the quality goals are efficiently and sustainably ensured. Furthermore, annual requalification reviews the produced component and process for eligibility for an initial sample.
